CUBE 1500 & CUBE 2000 Series

TEA Cube1500 and Cube 2000

The TEA Transplanter models are designed to cater to the needs of medium and larger growers with efficiency in mind.

Featuring pickup heads aligned with the conveyor belt, these models offer robust and precise performance. You can effortlessly program the machine for various tray dimensions by inputting the details into the computer’s memory, with the ability to store up to 99 pickup and placing programs.

The memory can be instantly accessed with the press of a button. This machine is self-managing and can simultaneously handle multiple trays. If the placing tray doesn’t utilize all fingers, the computer alerts you and parks the redundant heads.

You can easily fine-tune operating parameters such as speed, planting depth, and more while the machine is running.

The individually motorized gripping heads come in two sizes, and depending on your application, each head can handle approximately 1000-1200 plants per hour. Plus, we provide a USB flash drive for backups and software updates, and a compressed air connection is necessary for operation. Elevate your growing operations with our versatile and efficient models.
